very enjoyable, convenient and excellent quality. We have referred to other meme brs
everythning from the time we welcomed for a late checkin until the taxi arrived to take us to the train station to return back to UK. 4 days later. Everything was very nice. Great staff, great location 83 bus goes from outside the hotel. Close to the beach. excellent location

Nice hotel in the center, close to university.
Good location, very friendly staff, spaceous room. Breakfast was very good.
I really liked this hotel with one (small) exception: the pillows were unconfortable (made of concrete?). Did not sleep as well as I could have.

Location was good, short walk to restaurants and bars. Car park next to hotel
No air conditioning told to open terrace door all night which is not safe. Only 1 choice of milk for breakfast. Asked for directions to airport but hotel staff said he doesn’t drive, not helpful

Ok but….
Rooms-ok( hotel entrance&design above aspect of the rooms) Food-very very good. Parking- super close. Super clean and confortable. Location- super close to the Marina
I’m giving it a 9 because of the unpleasent situation: When we got there, we had just one night stay because we have been doing an Eurotrip. It was the only hotel ( we travelled all Switzerland, Germany, France, Austria, Hungary) that asked us to pay a deposit of 150€( higher than the price we’re paid for the room). There was nothing written about the fact that they’re gonna charge us this amount when we get thete because we yould have never booked it. Ok, we gave them the credit card and they said that at checkout, the amount will be released back instantly( like they took it). We checked out but the amount havent’t been released. The next day we called the bank and they’ve said that the amount was withdrown and they need the receit from the hotel - that they abandoned the amount- ( in order to put the money in the bank account again ). It was good that we actually took the receit from the hotel- ok it’s been 3 days and we have to go at the bank when we arrive home in order to recover the amount. Be carefull and do not pay the deposit with your credit card because you will have that amount blocked for idk how long- eventhough they tell you that they’re gonna reimburse it instantly. That is not how it works( at least not for us). Hotel Marseill…idk if you ask everyone for this amount or you asked just us..idk how this works but it was very unpleasent and stopped us on promoting your hotel on our instagram pages and giving it a good review. At least ask it in cash, if you know that it doesn’t work to give them back as fast as it works to take it. It is not about the money but the principle.
